Today the winery processes around 4500 tons of grapes supplied by 220 members. A constant focus on grape quality, careful selection at the pressing, and vinification that combines modern technologies with deep respect for tradition have enabled the production of wines that meet the expectations of the market.
In 1999, the winery obtained Quality System certification for the production, sale and marketing of both bottled and bulk wines. Cantina Settecani is also member of Consorzio del Marchio Storico e Tutela del Lambrusco and has partecipated in numerours wine competitions earning significant awards.
