Valpolciella Classico Superiore is a red wine from the Veneto region of the Valpolicella hilly areas with grapes: Corvina and Corvinone Veronese, Rondinella, Molinara. Color: intense ruby red. Fragrance: ethereal and delicate, elegant bouquet with hints of ripe fruit. Dry, sapid flavor, with little tannin when young. Recommended pairings: perfect with risottos, pasta and beans, roasted and boiled meats.
