Valdigrano company was founded  by Flavio Pagani in 1997 as a family-run company. Located in Rovato, Brescia. Valdigrano plant is modern and innovative, both in its structure and in the production technologies used, a guarantee of efficiency, safety and quality.The know-how and experience acquired by the Pagani family, dedicated to the production of Italian pasta for sixty years, are combined with the passion and enthusiasm that distinguish it. The quality of the products is guaranteed by compliance with the HACCP program and the standards IFS and BRC (for both Higher Level Certification) certified by the CSQA. Valdigrano is also certified for Halal and Kosher productions. The range of Valdigrano products includes durum wheat semolina pasta, egg pasta, whole wheat pasta and organic pasta.
